“The whole process was very efficient and I was very pleased with the information I received. Unfortunately, however, it did not include the name of the organisation which wrote off my car. “Have now sent two emails stating that I paid for a check that wasn't recieved Had to go with another company and paid someone else. No response from them,very frustrating paying for a service you don't actually receive.”
