“Simple quick & easy switch application. Energy switch to chosen supplier handled by FPC whereas another well known energy club site didn't have this arrangement with that supplier. So far so good; - will have to see how the switch progresses before I can finalise judgement on FPC.”

“This was a good comparison website My only gripe is the fact that if you have a smart meter it is not easy to switch without needing a new meter. These smart meters are a rip off”

“very easy to use and understand. Very pleased Your service was very good but I can't say the same for Enstroga ! I can't get through to them on the phone ( They say all their advisers are busy every time I ring ) And they do not respond to my emails. It is a shame that their customer service lets them down. What a start for a new customer ! Please send them a jolt as you seem to have a direct line to them. Thank you Mr T J Ruffell GU16 8RU No. 48”

“I needed to change providers for dual fuel as my fixed price contract was ending and I found Free Price Compare "by accident" as I hadn't been aware of your site. However I used it and was delighted to find that I could save £166 per year with Enstroga, but I had never heard of them, so I rang Free Price Compare.to ask. The member of staff was extremely helpful and informative and I was reassured that it was safe to change to them..My questions about the transfer were answered very well so I switched..The expected email confirming the switch did not arrive so I rang again. The member of staff talked me through the whole switching process with patience and courtesy. Very impressed. Thank you”
