“did what it was for, no gimmicks, no 'free' films or 10p off you meal every other thurdsay if the moon shines1 completed form , they rang next day to make sure all was ok, tried to sort out probelm fast so far so good”

“Very quick to answer the phone re a question I had and sounded like a uk based company. Carl gave an easy to understand answer to that question and was very helpful. Easy to fill in the form to switch. Happy with the process from start to finish. Would recommend as they also gave me the opportunity on the form to not have my details shared with loads of others and to not be bombarded by extra e mails or nuisance phone calls which we can all do without.”

“Very good service. Dealt with my hearing problem well with patience and politness. Spent much time explaining stuff to me and going through application form. But just hoping the transition from one electric company to another goes as smoothly.”

“The site was easy and clear to use, all questions relevant, the results covered all the market (several suppliers I had not even heard of) and the comparisons came up straight away - no waiting for them to be sent via e-mail as in some comparison sites.”

“It is still too early to know just how easy things will turn out. So far, there has been nothing to do but I'm waiting for the whole process to kick into being after the cooling off period. How much aggravation will then occur is anyone's guess.”

“Simple quick easy energy switch process. FPC provided 'help' to switch to most competitive supplier where another well known energy club didn't have that arrangement with that supplier. Switch still in progress at the time of this review, so final outcome still awaited.”
