“as an existing british gas customer of 30 years i was disappointed that i had to make the energy switch myself by going online having spoken to a very helpful call centre operative who couldn't match the savings deal over the phone despite me wishing to change tariff only and to remain with british gas.”

“I was very happy to switch providers following advice from Free Price Compare and found the process relatively easy. Like all suppliers I must hope that the switch works out for the better in the longer term. “First of all my name is not Helen it is Brian My daughter Helen had been on your website to look for a deal so when I went onto the website I change all her details for mine including my name but something must have gone wrong and my name change did not appear work other than that every thing else seems to have worked ok.”

“Fleetway travel led of Bournemouth,very helpful.Ryanair ticketing system complicated for months I T citizens and has many " small print" cost adding catches,I.e.Bagaging,seat booking,boarding pass printing etc,etc.Unnecessary to be so covert about pricing.Other airlines are not so devious about prices. Holiday itself was 5 star perfect.”
