“Site easy to navigate. Offers/prices as expected with wide range of products. No issues completing forms/questions etc.. Only annoyance is not being able to get quotes without filling in questions first, which is unfortunately the norm these days. Better rewards offered via TopCashBack hence using the site.”

“The problem is that I chose to change suppliers and was told someone would contact me shortly. After 4 or 5 days no one has contacted me so I am left in limbo and not impressed with the lack of service.”

“I did find your web-site somewhat confusing since I could not determine the base against which you were comparing I would have preferred to see a unit cost comparison using my current suppliers future offerings However a phone call to one of your agents sorted things out for me and also set up my new account with my new supplier EDF which for my needs was the cheapest A very easy switch I am an avid switcher”

“Found very straightforward, but to now have had nothing from EDF in respect of this switch not even an acknowledgement that this switch is going to happen which is disappointing as I don't know what my position is at the moment.”
