“Simple easy site to set up for new cheaper Eon tariff, which had not been offered to me by Eon although I am an existing customer. Customer service assistant Pria able to talk me through the process, only reason for 4star rating is, I thought I was getting a 12 month fixed tariff but at end of process it seems to have changed to a 24 month fixed tariff.”

“Easy to use in respect to all options for a variety of tariffs and standing charges. I did have to use a spreadsheet to contrast and compare with a weighting for longer duration fixed term contracts (assuming prices will increase with time). The details were instructive to show all tariffs and conditions against utility provider.”

“I'm in the process of switching. Before deciding to go ahead through Free Price Compare I got several calls chasing up my decision which was annoying as I needed time to decide - I did not appreciate being hassled. The price quoted was the same as another Comparison Site. The switching process is very easy and I have already had notification of the date it will become live and a call from the supplier I am leaving. So far so good.”
