“I was glad there was a phone number to ring as it made things easier for me as I am not very computer literate and also have cataracts . Having the human touch was essential for me . I forgot to ask how I will receive my bills . Thankyou”

“I accepted your advice and made a change to Utility Point! and received a ref.no: E.96406879. on the 9th August. On the 14th Aug: I received an e.mail from your customer services stating that my application to switch had been rejected by the supplier and no information as to why! I have contacted your customer services and they are investigating. Today I received an e.mail from British gas notifying the closure on my acc wef 4thSept.”

“Free Price Compare brought up options not offered by mainstream comparison sites. This enabled me to do better price wise. However still a good idea to independently check the reviews of who you're considering going with, because the absolute shockers are there on offer too. So in summary, very good selection but check the selection out independently too.”
