“After an aborted computer search the company telephoned and were able to get a better deal from my current supplier. Easy acceptance and confirmation that I had a new rate. I assume this is in operation as I have not received any confirmation from my supplier.”

“A very easy and efficient changeover form, on the assumption that it will give the quick changeover and no hassles, then I will certainly tell my friends etc. If all goes well, I will be switching to a new tariff as recommended by my EXISTING supplier, but I wasn't able to do it through the 'in-house' App, as it is their way of getting new customers, but it seems that they do allow existing customers to do the changeover - I hope they still to their word. Bill Sanders”

“Only problem was during the early decision making process when various Email communications seemed to be from different companies but were all from various 'Energy Helpline 'departments with different addresses .The recommendations they made were almost the same and eventually all was resolved and I have started with the new supplier.”
