“I am very pleased with my purchase. The only issue is that I received a different tie to the one I thought I had purchased. I thought I was getting the Navy Blue Tie with Crown design and white stripes (red colour in crown) but instead, I got the navy tie with crown design and white stripes (white colour in crown) which I also want but was listed as out of stock. I have shown below a picture of the tie received and the tie I thought I had purchased”

“The Ties are good and just as I assumed they would be. The delivery was bad! It took over 3 Weeks to arrive and when I just picked it up, I had to pay 30€ for customs… That hasn’t been made clear to me on the website nor in my order verification. What is a 10€ voucher good for, when you get such a service. Sorry, I don't like to give a bad review and I’m sure you have higher expectations as well when it comes to customer service… but when you make your customers pay 30€ additionally, then this is the review I can give. But again… the ties are very nice.”

“Very well constructed ties that always stand out from the norm. There is a huge range to choose from and at the width customers currently want. Turnaround of orders is very fast, if not next day and their level of Customer Care is exceptional.”

“I liked the first Frederick Thomas tie I bought so much, that I now own six of them. I have a suit and tie job, and own dozens of ties, almost all of them silk. I was skeptical at first because FT ties are microfibre, but over the long run, I found that they wear longer, knot nicer, and look just as sharp as silk. As a bonus, being a yank, no one else in my large office has the same ties, and I get more than a few compliments on them. Whether you only occasionally wear a tie, or wear them all the time, you cannot go wrong with FT ties.”

“Sadly the wrong ties were delivered and it took best part of a week of complaining to get any response. Customer services never answered the phone and reception, although very nice, could do nothing but pass on my messages. When CS did contact me, no apology or mention of refund for postage when I return the wrong ties. Still waiting to hear and to find out what is happening about the ties I do want!”
