“Horrible Experience. Ordered Few Ties on Jan 9th, They Haven't Even Dispatched Items As Of Jan 29th. Service Can Not Be Worse Than This.”

“THIS COMPANY IS A THIEF AND A SCAM. After ordering I was told the tie was out of stock and pick something different. I replied numerous times requesting a refund and received no replay from seller or Bonanaza. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY”

“Tie ordered on line, but the wrong tie sent out. Phoned the company immediately to confirm the error and they advised someone would phone back. After one hour I phoned again, this time I was told line was clear so they’d arrange a call back right away. Four hours later I made a further call, this time the receptionist asked for my email address stating she would escalate the case and someone would be in touch either by phone or email. Needless to say no contact was made. Has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve awarded one star, for although the wrong tie, they did send it out pretty quickly. Hopefully a manager will read this to understand how difficult it is for the public to deal with the staff when errors are made.”

“Never received the tie. Wrote the company and they did nothing about. Also they over charge for their products on their website and sell the same product on etsy at a cheaper rate under a shell company. So if you think this is something you're looking to experience first hand it's up to you!!!”
