Sadly the wrong ties were delivered and it took best part of a week of complaining to get any response. Customer services never answered the phone and reception, although very nice, could do nothing but pass on my messages. When CS did contact me, no apology or mention of refund for postage when I return the wrong ties. Still waiting to hear and to find out what is happening about the ties I do want!
