“Good, fast service, however I ordered a navy tie and received a green tie. As the recipient liked the colour I kept it but this isn't what I ordered on the website/on receipt. I would shop here again though as the ties are lovely quality and have many designs to choose from.”

“With regards my previous Review where all my phone calls proved fruitless, I tried sending an email and this was answered immediately by Claire. Several emails later everything is resolved and Claire is sending correct tie out to me today. I felt it was unfair to leave the bad review without coming back and giving credit, where credit is due. Thank you Claire.”

“Ties are excellent quality and huge range to choose from. Standard width ties are a really good size, not too skinny to look ‘fashionable’ but not dated, simply sharp. Delivery always prompt . I have a pair of wave and the scream socks, they could ideally be a bit longer on the ankle. Also, when I ordered a large number of items they were a bit squashed on the box, but I appreciate this is to help with delivery costs. Presentation of packages is generally pleasing.”

“After looking extensively for a regimental tie with certain colours I was able to find it here. Only itch it is not pure silk and the material is not reported in the description but they were quick to explain. Excellent customer service.”

“Not a matter of happiness, it is a matter of customer, service and communication is satisfactory, at this stage in life I would rate them 9 out of 10. I have experienced no unnecessary issues in relation to my orders; I have over half a dozen ties from F.T. all of most exceptional high standard and quality. Communicatively, I am kept informed, up dated, follow ups in relation to my orders. F.T. display good memory to remember to provide me with requested tie when tie is out of stock, integrity to provide commitment and responsibly provide fulfilment of an order. Mostly and all packaging is recycleable, except the sellotape, perhaps find an sustainable adhesive to sellotape, that is cost effective to the business and the environment.”
