“I’ve used Fraser James Blinds twice now, initially for blinds and most recently for shutters. The service received from the initial telephone contact, site visit and installation has been excellent. I would like to shout out Tomas for the fitting of the shutters. He was very polite, friendly and kept each room clean and tidy throughout the day. He evidently takes pride in his work and explained what I could do / not do with the shutters in the first 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Fraser James Blinds.”

“Fraser James service was great but it was Tomas who came to fit our blinds that I want to recognise. Tomas was friendly, easy to talk to and ask questions about the fitting process. His craftsmanship and work ethic is second to none! When using Fraser James again I will request Tomas!”

“Tomas has fitted our shutters today in both upstairs and downstairs bays. Delighted with the finished product. Tomas was polite and very meticulous in his work. He's done an excellent job of the fitting and managed to work very well with a tricky install with the upstairs bay which had a very narrow cill. Would recommend Fraser James Blinds to anyone wanting blinds or shutters.”

“From the initial visit by Ian to discuss quote and measure up for our Wi-Fi Electric Blinds for our very big sliders to the fast and efficient fitting by Lindsay - I can’t thank this company enough. “Just wanted to leave a quick message to say how happy we are with our new shutters. The whole process or ordering etc was painless and professional and Tomas who came and fitted both sets in our bay windows was an absolute star. Arrived on time, really lovely bloke and worked non stop all day on what was not a straight forward fit and did a really excellent job and left the Place tidier than when he arrived. Would highly recommend 😊.”

“Great service by all the FJB team. Tomas fitted 8 plantation shutters without leaving any trace that he had been here - apart from well fitted shutters ! No mess despite all the packaging. Very pleasant easy going guy. All round a stress free experience to get all our windows dressed properly.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Second time I've used FJ and would highly recommend them. Tomas fitted my new shutters today and did a fantastic job. Absolutely no mess, no fuss and took all the leftover packaging away too. He even hooverd the area before leaving. I am thrilled with everything....thanks guys!”
