Thank you Ian. Yes it is a little frustrating, but we have looked at alternative suppliers to quicken lead times but we will never compromise on the quality of what we provide. We are sure that you will be super happy with your shutters when they are installed. Kind regards, FJB x

“We had shutters for the front windows of the house. Look great and makes the room look bigger. Thank you to Tomas he was on his own and very nice and cleaned up after himself too. Would definately recommend Fraser James Blinds.”

“Absolutely thrilled with our bay shutters in our lounge fitted yesterday 28/2/21. This has really set our lounge off. More importantly we need to praise the fitters Tomasz and Tom who did an immaculate job keeping everything so clean and tidy whilst they worked efficiently to complete the fitting and cause us as little disruption as they could especially as this was a Sunday. Many thanks and looks like we will be in contact shortly to do the remaining windows on the front of our house.”

“Excellent service, even when the main bay window arrived incorrect size due to an error in the survey, Fraser James were quick to replace this free of charge with Express shipping, Mark the fitter very professional and could not enough for us. Would recommend again without hesitation”
