The whole process from Fraser coming around in person to measure up methodically to Ned and Justin fitting the shutters to perfection as well as explaining how they worked. It's a refreshing change to have service these days. We are due to have more shutters fitted in the near to mid future and will be using these guys again without question. Thank you.
