“From beginning to end service has been excellent - we were measured up in early October and were told we would have to wait 3 months for them to be made - they were fitted today, 3rd January, dead on the timeframe we were given in October, and I must say that Ned and Zac were very professional, courteous and polite throughout the fitting process - would highly recommend Fraser James to anyone”

“We are very pleased with the blinds we had fitted recently. All aspects, including the initial survey , telephone conversations and especially the fitters (Tomasz and Justin) were done to a friendly and professional standard.”

“Had our shutters installed last week the fitter Thomas was polite, tidy kept me up to date with what he was doing, the shutters look lovely, I'm so pleased with them would definitely recommend and already someone over the road said how nice they look and is getting a quote for her house too, 😊”

“Tomasz, Justin and Zac carried out an excellent installation of our shutters, they were extremely professional, polite and very tidy. I’m very happy with my shutters they look beautiful! Every time I have called customer services they have been very helpful, they were not the cheapest of companies that we looked at but we felt far more comfortable from the initial meeting that the company would do a very thorough job and they have. Thank you”

“Excellent in every respect. Seamless service from ordering up to fitting and very competitive price wise. Much better quality and fit than the ones they replaced which I purchased from a well known National chain, with much better customer service too.”

“Excellent customer service from first visit to installation and beyond. Slight issue with the specification was dealt with immediately and refit of correct blind controller was done within a week. Can’t fault them. Installation by Tomas was professional, he removed old fittings and disposed of them, did a walk through to make sure I was happy with all the blinds. Had perfect-fit on new bay window and patio door with vertical blinds upstairs. The kerb appeal on my house has sky-rocketed!”

“Absolutely love our blinds, great time of guys that were courteous, professional and mindful. Went the extra mile took all the cardboard boxes with them. Cannot recommend Fraser James Blinds and their team Tomas Ned Little Zak enough. Worth every penny”

“The service offered from start to finish was exceptional. All products were explained so I could make an informed choice. Tomas my fitter was lovely. Very polite and even rang ahead to inform me he was stuck in traffic and was running a little late. Would definitely recommend!”
