From beginning to end service has been excellent - we were measured up in early October and were told we would have to wait 3 months for them to be made - they were fitted today, 3rd January, dead on the timeframe we were given in October, and I must say that Ned and Zac were very professional, courteous and polite throughout the fitting process - would highly recommend Fraser James to anyone
