Hi Mr Hans Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. In this instance I can see you bought your Ralph Lauren shirt at 60% off, and used a further discount code which actually more than covered your shipping charge. Meaning you paid less including shipping than the advertised price. I’m sorry you’re unhappy with our delivery charges - our prices are clearly shown on the website in our T&C’s as well as at checkout , and we feel they are fair and inline with industry standards, but appreciate the feedback as we constantly review our business practices. “Great item sandbanks jacket Price was superb however when spending £600 on a coat I don’t expect it to be in a beaten up cardboard box.”

Hi Jamie Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. We're delighted you love your Sandbanks Jacket but sorry to read your comments about the packaging. All of our orders are hand wrapped and packed into brand new unused packaging (bags and boxes), unfortunately, once despatched, we arent in control of how our couriers treat them. We will obviously take this up with Royal Mail, to ensure this doesnt happen again, as cardboard boxes certainly shouldn't arrive 'beaten up' We do hope you choose to shop with us again Kind regards Team FB

“Bought a Belstaff Gilet online and when it arrived is smelt of aftershave as if it had been worn already. Was a bit disappointed as it didn’t seem new, there were other sections of the jacket which appeared to have bit of material on it as if it had come from a jumper. Contacted the company who responded straight away saying it had more than likely come off the shop floor and been tried on before. A refund was offered. Experience with store very good, just didn’t feel like I’d bought a new product especially considering the price I’d paid”
