“I bought a top, which was really good quality, however it was too small so I had to return it. If it was the right size I would have kept it. After returning the top Frank Bird was quick to reimburse.”

“I'd added the wrong delivery address (not sure how) so had to use customer service. The lady and gentlemen I spoke to were fantastic. Post COVID good customer service has been rare in my experience, but they were both excellent. Thanks again”

“The item ordered was received promptly and efficiently after being ordered. Unfortunately it was too small and had to be returned to the store. The only down side was that it isn’t free returns and the recommended recorded delivery cost £6.”

“I bought some Paul smith joggers which ,unfortunately,were too long.My return was handled swiftly and efficient.A good range of clothing and accessories on site and I’ll certainly look again when I’m looking for new items.”
