Bought a Belstaff Gilet online and when it arrived is smelt of aftershave as if it had been worn already. Was a bit disappointed as it didn’t seem new, there were other sections of the jacket which appeared to have bit of material on it as if it had come from a jumper.
Contacted the company who responded straight away saying it had more than likely come off the shop floor and been tried on before.
A refund was offered.
Experience with store very good, just didn’t feel like I’d bought a new product especially considering the price I’d paid
