“Parts were fine. Fowlers need to allow you to reach checkout as a guest. In a hurry to order something. Couldn't remember password, just wanted part ordered, didn't want to log in. Had spare 5 minutes in morning to order parts. Still not done. Ordered elsewhere, lost a purchase because it wouldn't let me continue as a guest. Service and parts otherwise was faultless.”

“Good availability of parts. Expensive and inflexible postage; I could not add items to a delivery awaiting stock, so had to pay postage twice. ALso, some problem with the web shopping basket, cookies across computers, I don't know what, resulted in me losing a shopping basket and the order went through for an old (repeat) shopping basket. I am sure user error was involved, but I ended up with a second item of a part I don't need, and no new part. The only solution offered was expensive in postage, so now I just have parts I don't need.”

“When your ordering big stuff everything good but when you order small stuff like screw and clips the picture might tell you its no5 with the line to it so you click on the item let’s say a screw no5 thinking your going to get all the screws for that part only 1 screw comes with the part so you have reorder apart from that all is good”
