“I come from a parts background and find the online catalogue easy to navigate. Ordering parts is simple and quick, checkout easy and delivery information is advised so I know when they're due. A little shame trade isn't offered but not the end of the world.”

“Easy to navigate website and order parts online, easy to contact and speak to a real person , on the whole an old fashioned down to earth bike shop , staff are helpful , if your parts are delayed it's down to the manufacturer and can't be helped”

“Ordered a stator cover & gasket for my 2009 Speed Triple. New Triumph parts for a bike over 15years old are becoming harder to find. Parts we sourced and delivered quicker than I thought.
