“After talking the parts salesman, he was able to find me the part I'd been unable find locally. He was able to take payment, order and sort postage, making it seemless from start to receiving the part. Very helpful, polite and professional service given. I would no hesitation in using or recommending to bikers or friends. First class service, thank you.”

“I would have to say Fowlers are very professional. I put an order in for a part for my Yamaha MT 125, however I forgot to add an another part on top off the existing order by my own fault for not remembering, I then called back and was given a quotation number for my order to then to call customer services who were and still is brilliant at their job. Though through my own fault finally everything was sorted and I will have to say a Big Thanks to Kim in sales for being so patient as I'm quite certain I was a pain in the bum and a big thanks to Steve at customer services too.. I recommend ordering parts from Fowlers through sheer patience, honesty and professionalism and I'll continue with ordering parts with them without further complications on my part.”
