“Yes this for Fowlers not the items ordered. Fowlers have been outstanding for me this year. Their delivery times are astonishingly quick. This makes up a little bit for the rediculously high prices motorcycle manufacturers put on items that are fractions of the cost for similar car parts. So far also Fowlers have had every item I’ve ordered in stock which is a rarity for many retailers these days.”

“Had the part , very helpful staff , excellent service. But. £9.00 clean air charge to collect a 99p washer did surprise / annoy me , you could warn people , maybe telling them where they could park , and walk the 100m or maybe have the parts collection department the other side of the ‘ boundary ‘”

“Fowlers confirmed that the part i was ordering would work with my VIN number and that i wanted it for Saturday delivery. We were still talking about it via chat after the cut off time for next day Saturday delivery, but it turned up at 9.45 next day anyway, brilliant!”

“I ordered a part, and when I was in the process of placing the order the screen said words to the effect of: ‘Your order will be despatched if you place your order in the next 1 minute.” Needless to say it took me longer than that to actually place the order, and I picked 2 day economy delivery, as I was not in a hurry. So my order was done and paid for after 6pm. on a Monday. 2 day delivery. Picked and packed Tuesday, due Thursday. It arrived by 8:30am the next day, Tuesday. Was your delivery on time? I think it arrived 3 days ahead of time.”
