“Ordered a starter button for my vespa Gts300. When it came it felt and looked inferior to the original one which was still working but damaged . Fitted the new one from fowlers, it lasted 2 starts ( 2 pushes ) then fell to pieces, very disappointed, dont know if vespa have swapped to a cheaper switch or fowlers are supplying a cheaper switch.”

“Ordered 3 washers for my Suzuki T 500 restoration. They were sent out in an A5 padded envelope. The value of the parts was £1.81 but postage was £3.50. You could have sent them in a much smaller envelope or packet for less cost. A little more thought would save your customers on postage charges and bring repeat business. Not impressed.”
