“A month and still no parts, have chased via your parts team and they don’t seem particularly interested. My contract is with you and yours with wherever the parts are coming from so it’s Fowlers who are not delivering a service to me the customer. Saying ‘you’ve chased’ once a week isn’t acceptable really.”
