“After receiving confirmation of my online order I phoned to ask if I could change the status of the order from collection to postal as I was unable to get to Bristol to collect and was then told by a young lady that no such order was on their system and was said in such a way that I was made to feel stupid. In short, I went elsewhere and will continue to do so.”

“The part I wanted did not look same as the part on web site, however Fowlers staff checked it out and it turned out my bike had, had the wrong part fitted by a previous owner. Got correct part all good excellent service”
