“Mostly excellent produce - we always order nuts and we much appreciate them. Delivery always very prompt and easy. But we thought we should tell you that from time to time there's a really unpleasant-tasting brazil nut - either tasting mouldy or a bit chemically - but the latter not likely as they are organic. Don't know if you've had other comments about that. I mentioned before about packaging - it would be perfect if the nuts could be packaged in paper and not plastic?”

Hi there Sam, Thanks so much for your really kind review. We will check into the brazil nut issue for you. We would love to be able to move to more environmentally friendly packaging such as paper. We have research and tested different materials for many years now. The problems with paper are its inherent weakness, orders do not withstand delivery. The other big issue is paper causes more food waste and poor food quality due to the porous nature of paper. There is no barrier to air which then causes oxidisation. Im not sure if you are aware but our LDPE bags are widely recyclable. We also provide peelable labels to make this easier for you. Kind regards

“Good sides: Great product range, good prices, good quality. Down sides: delivery takes a while, some products are actually available when they show as unavailable. And when i was disappointed in they quality of one item (cashew pieces) i was not offered a replacement or credit.”
