“Thank you. With the rice, though it says it's organic but has this strong scent like a kind of a chemical or something I do not have words to describe. What I do is to wash it for awhile under running water and soak it in water for over 8 hours before cooking but still gives me chills and funny feeling in my tummy.”

“Been ordering nuts and flaxseed from here for a while now. The overall taste and quality is very high. The cashews and peanuts are really tasty. Also everything is well packaged. Have so far only had one issue- with a 2kg bag of walnut pieces I bought last time, there were quite a few shell pieces that visually blend in so were impossible to spot. Seems to be no issue this time around though.”

“The order was well packed, delivered bang on time by DPD. The chocolate peanuts were very good, the salted peanuts went very quickly, but we were not at all keen on the Cacao Trail Mix----I have separated the mix so I can use it in flapjack. Despite that comment, we will order again, but stick to nuts.”

“Delivery was delayed but only to be expected in these uncertain times. also,I queried a short best before date on the flaxseed packets which I feel could have been better informed on the flaxseed labelling, otherwise all good.”

“The order and product was excellent, unfortunately there were problems with delivery which caused me two days lost time, the delivery company weren't concerned at the problem they had caused and FWF were even less interested, if possible!!”

“Good selection of products. Packaged in sturdy box, although if ordering several items the ones at the bottom of the box get squashed to the point that you worry the packaging may get a hole.”

“Is is always so helpful to be able to place order by phone especially for older generation . Helpful telephone customer service. As my heavy order had split open in your box it might be good if packaging was better OR item put into different smaller bags to minimize loss But overall many thanks”

“Bought bulk as the local supermarket was out of oats for weeks. Order placed and was processing for five days, no dispatch confirmation, then just got a notification from the courier that it was out for delivery. Not the end of the world but better communication would help.”
