“The delivery people delivered a day after the day they informed me they were going to deliver. Overall no harm done. I have not tried the food but everything is there.”

“The organic stones prunes I bought are very tasty but only if they have been soaked overnight. If you want these as a snack without precious preparation then I wouldn't recommend however.”

“It was difficult to decide how to rate Forest Whole Foods. All the products I have bought have been very good but this has been marred by a poor experience of the courier DPD who were poor and very frustrating to communicate with. I would sadly not buy again whilst DPD are the couriers. In every other respect I have been very pleased with Forest Wholefoods!”

“My first ever order was brilliant - arrived within a couple of days and everything was fine. My second order went less well. It took longer to arrive (5 days - but it's close to Cgristmas so everything is busier) and one item was missing. Forest foods responded promptly and said they would dispatch the missing item but I haven't got it yet (another 4 days later).”

“Nearly gave full star treatment but I thought dispatch was slightly slower than suggested. But oats, rye, barley, spelt flakes were excellent and certainly made a difference to my granola.”

“Very high quality food. No mold, no small stones or anything anywhere. Will order again. Only downside was that DPD uses PostNord as a courier in Finland. I had to pick up the package from their terminal myself, because their delivery to door system is pretty damn shitty. The quality of the food makes up for it though.”
