“The only drawback was that the box it came in was so heavy even the delivery man had trouble carrying it. Fortunately I saw him arrive and opened the door so he didn't have to put it down to knock or ring the bell. He carried it through to my kitchen and put it on my pre-prepared stove top. I had better not order so many Nutty Bruce's next time!”

“My ONLY reservations so far are : Inconsistent formulation of the Oriental Trail Mix which is also sometimes rather lumpy and sticky with fruit. The Mueslies are a little uninspired, very oaty so needing extras before use. However, quality, range and customer service is exemplary and I will continue my patronage.”

“The mixed seed that I ordered is exactly as advertised and is good quality. Unfortunately, the box containing the seed packets was badly damaged, although the seed was in plastic bags that remained intact. The box should have been delivered to a local shop but was delivered to my address, probably due to the poor condition of the box. It arrived a day late but the delivery should have occurred on one of the hottest days of the year, so the late delivery was understandable.”

“One bag of lentils was split open and the contents spilled into the box. I think it was just a manufacturing fault. But anyway they sent a replacement immediately and it arrived the following day by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Very good service. Everything else was spot on, really nice stuff.”

“DPD are one of the worst carriers for my area - north-east Scotland, almost always some delay blah blah. Very good packaging and food quality except 5KG dates. Unsealed in plastic packaging in a box - what could go wrong.”

“Absolutely love this website and the wonderful organic whole food products are reasonably priced. As a regular customer I often come back and buy the same items again and again. Sadly the ingredients of the organic vegetable bouillon were changed without warning, which is why they’ve lost a star. Had there been a banner or ‘new recipe’ warning I would have known to check the ingredients list before purchase. Not happy that in future I will need to spend time checking all ingredients of all the items even when I’ve purchased them in the past.”

“I have only purchased wheat bran but the process was easy and the staff seem helpful. The whole thing was let down badly by using Royal Mail for delivery. As I know from other experience Royal Mail has become one of the worst delivery services in the UK. My wheat bran was sent from Dorset to Guernsey which apparently takes 6 days. Then they realised that Guernsey isn't on the way from Dorset to Sussex so they sent it back which takes another 6 days. I am expecting delivery today - 13 days instead of 2-3 days.”
