Hi Karen, We are really sorry that you havent received your order yet. We dispatched your order on the 6th December via Royal Mail. The tracking says that your order will be delivered tomorrow. Some of the products were good and the ones that weren't I was the one who had to pay for the shipping. Yes, because something smelling musty and other powdery shouldn't have the consistency of sand. This means that at some point they had contact with the air. I read this explanation on the Internet. And I asked a person who usually makes their own beetroot powder. In fact, I don't know if they have anything to do with each other, but these products, one came from China and the other from India.

Few months ago I ordered the goji berries from you.they were the best I ever tasted in my life. Tasty,melt in the mouth. Unfortunately this time they were hard as stones.very dried up with no flavour.they weren't kind on my teeth .dissappoint

Sadly no. My daughter, in Australia, organised the purchase and thought she was buying the powder which she uses. I am an OLD lady and can't cope with a branch of twigs!! Rowena

I never received my order, its been 12 days. I should not have to pay the 48hr delivery charge either, if it does not arrive in time! I contacted them for a refund as it has now been too long but I have been fobbed off and told to wait. Not happy at all with this service even if it ends up being down to royal mail, I would still like my money back. I ordered on the 7th July it is now the 19th and I have received no product, and no refund.

We checked and can see that you requested our 3-5 working day shipping option, and are sorry that this order did not reach you in this time due to issues with Royal Mail. When you contacted us initially, we spoke with Royal Mail customer services team who advised that they were unable to start an investigation as the parcel was at the Mail Centre, due to the volume of parcels that Mail Centres handle, but they hoped that delivery would be made in the next few days, which we shared witih you. You have now let us know that this has not reached you within the timescale Royal Mail gave. As soon as we received your message, we immediately organised a full refund for you as requested, and naturally included the postage paid. There's something tough in one of the packets of nuts. I eat them everyday on oats and on two separate days have bitten into something very hard, it hurt my tooth. I told your customer service and they didn't really seem to care.

Hi there, Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you found something hard in with the organic walnut pieces that you received. When you described the issue to us, we suggested that the hard piece may have been a piece of shell. Despite best efforts some fragments of shell can occasionally remain in this product, and for this reason we do mention that shell fragments may remain in the product on the listing for the organic walnut pieces. We apologised for the piece of shell and for any pain that had been caused. As mentioned, if you are able to send us a photo of the hard pieces, we can investigate this matter further for you. I haven't received my order. I ordered black rice since 12th of April rang on 29th to complain and I was told to be expecting it through royal mail but up till today 3rd of May am still waiting to get my order.

We take the quality of our products seriously at Forest Whole Foods and conduct organoleptic testing on every batch of products we receive and nothing unusual has been found with either the organic macadamia nuts or organic pine nuts generally or the specific batches you have received. In addition, we have not had any other customer feedback about either the batches you received or products generally. We have looked into this and do not appear to have received a message from you. Products are great but you can not say you have not got walnut,berry mix send the rest you either refund or send 5 pounds for compensation so we can get it somewhere else

The turmeric as claimed is not organic very disappointed with the product. I have been using the turmeric for past 30 year's normally get it directly from India and this is not at all organic as claimed. It's just like a stuff you can buy from supermarket shelf.
