“All my large order arrived in good condition. Only one thing - I would have very much appreciated several 5 kgs of seeds and prunes in 1 kg packaging. I never thought they would would come in such large bags as they are difficult to store. Only complaint. Thank you”

“The packing of the food could be improved. For example, when I open the packing of the rice, it's too full and it's splitting out. I suggest to use a taller bag to hold the rice to prevent it to happen.”

“I love to support a local company, especially one with such great ethics. The quality of the products they source is second to none. Make sure you order before you run out of things though, as the processing to delivery time is fairly slow compared to other companies.”

“Everything I requested arrived quickly and matched my order. If more sustainable packaging was possible in future that would be good. Sometimes I have ordered a large quantity and received a lot of small bags to make it up. I am able to reuse larger bags for other things rather than throw lots of plastic in the bin. Easy to use ordering process. It’s clear when things ship etc. Thank you for a good service.”
