“So glad that I have found this site. A great selection of organic wholefoods. Arrived well packaged. Only slight gripe is that I wish that it was more obvious that the nutritional yeast flakes weren't gluten-free as unfortunately bought a bag, not having come across gluten in them before (I am sure I can't be alone in this), and unfortunately unable to eat due to coeliac condition. Apart from this tiny thing, I would have no hesitation in recommending”

“I placed an order for organic raisins on Sunday afternoon 13 Sep 20. In the evening I received an email from Pay pal to say that Forest whole foods had been paid. By Monday morning 14th Sep I was expecting the usual confirmation/invoice from Forest. By Tuesday 15 Sep nothing from Forest at all. Wednesday 16 Sep, 3 days after placing order, - still nothing. I emailed FWF wanting to know when to expect invoice from them. They replied at 10:15 am. Went through the usual email folders -- but no invoice anywhere ! I emailed back asking them to send me a copy of their receipt/ invoice for my records. This was duly sent to me at 13:03 The reason for this delay was never given. My confidence with FWF has been flattened. !!!”

Hi there David, Thanks for your feedback. We checked in to this for you and did see that our normal confirmation and order dispatched emails went out to you. In rare cases like this it is normally excessive spam filters on the receiving email client that causes the issue. We recommend to check; spam, promotions, all mail. I hope this helps. Kind regards

“I've been very pleased to discover Forest Whole Foods for their great range of products enabling me to source items I usually have to buy from 3 or 4 different suppliers. My initial order took slightly longer than others for delivery but it wasn't excessive and the quality of the foods received was as good or better than my alternative suppliers. I will certainly be ordering from them regularly now and would highly recommend them to others.”
