“Communication between DPD and Forest is terribly slow . Ordered on 7th March, delivery was due on 11th March but DPD driver called and told me about parcel is badly damaged and can't be delivered. I emailed same day to Forest but they didn't believe or didn't receive any communication from DPD or they didn't bother . After 7 days Fotest emailed me and still another week passed haven't received any news about delivery. You can give your customer service 5 star or 7 star whatever you like .”

“I have only purchased wheat bran but the process was easy and the staff seem helpful. The whole thing was let down badly by using Royal Mail for delivery. As I know from other experience Royal Mail has become one of the worst delivery services in the UK. My wheat bran was sent from Dorset to Guernsey which apparently takes 6 days. Then they realised that Guernsey isn't on the way from Dorset to Sussex so they sent it back which takes another 6 days. I am expecting delivery today - 13 days instead of 2-3 days.”

“I am enjoying my delivery of organic produce thoroughly. Puffed Amaranth is packing flavour and boosts my current puffed quinoa mix tremendously. The wild blueberry and banana powder really perks up my mixed mushroom & cacao drink. I will be sure to purchase again in the future. Thanks.”

“I was extremely pleased with the outstanding quality of the produce. Everything arrived fresh and was very well packaged, which immediately gave me confidence in the care taken by the vendor. Their website is also excellent—full of detailed information about the origins of each product, which I really appreciate. The inclusion of cooking instructions has been especially helpful, making it easy to quickly check how best to prepare items when needed. Delivery was swift and reliable, and everything in my order was correct despite it being quite large. That level of accuracy and efficiency really stood out. I’ve been so impressed with the overall experience that I’ve since placed multiple orders, and at this point, I can’t see myself shopping anywhere else. Thank you to everyone involved.”
