“Poorly packaged delivery, cinnamon everywhere. Returned goods and not heard back. Would expect prompt action to rectify or at least communicate back rather than this ‘provide a review’ email! Resolved issue and very apologetic. Replaced product with a more appropriately packaged cinnamon. Will continue to use Forest. Thank you”
