“Love that their products are organic and reasonably priced. They have a very good and varied range of seeds, spices, teas and more. Products arrived well packed without excessive use of packaging. Will definitely order again from Forest Wholefoods.”

“I made an order on the 21st of June. it was not delivered on the date promised. I had to contact them. The customer assistant i spoke to called the company that was meant to have deliver my oreder, she called back to say the items could not be located to give them 48 hours and they will give me a call back after 48 hours to decide if i want a credit note or reoder, i opted for reorder, either way she promised she will call back after 48 hours. i waited but there was no call after 48hours. i had to call again, the customer assitant guy i spoke to also stated he will get in touch with the dispatch company and call me back, he never did. i waited few more days and called again, the lady i spoke to then stated they had posted it on Thursday and i will be reciving it on Tuesday. i was not happy, Forest Food could have reposted theitems on first class as a way of courtesy for the incoviience caused me. my items were not delivered until the 7th of July. Tha's not acceptable at all. There was no apology either. I had to go source for the items else where as i needed them for a party. Also the cashew not was very soft, kind of soggy not dry at all. Yes am not happy with Forset Food service and your cashew nuts.”

“The mixed seed that I ordered is exactly as advertised and is good quality. Unfortunately, the box containing the seed packets was badly damaged, although the seed was in plastic bags that remained intact. The box should have been delivered to a local shop but was delivered to my address, probably due to the poor condition of the box. It arrived a day late but the delivery should have occurred on one of the hottest days of the year, so the late delivery was understandable.”
