“My first order came with packets broken and rice and peas all over the place. On the next order, the goji berries had brownish-green patches which looked like mould, and they gave me diarrhea. On both occasions I wrote complaints and the complaints were completely ignored.”

“Some of the products were ok, but the fruit was quite dry, especially the figs, which were quite leathery. The main thing that was kind of shocking is hope much plastic packaging was used. What's the point of ordering organic produce only to have it shipped in plastic?”

We also appreciate your comments regarding our packaging. We use food-safe LDPE bags to protect products during shipping and help reduce damage and food waste in transit. These bags are recyclable and accepted for domestic plastic recycling . “I ordered some organic dried produce from forest whole foods and was very pleased with it. I have previously ordered from one of their competitors and although the product was good I did not find it as good as the product from the Forest Whole Foods and it was also a little wetter, so I was paying for water that I did not pay for with this product. The shipping was also extremely reasonable and very quick and I will definitely order from this company again.”
