“Products as shown on website. Happy with personal touches (messages) however 15 days delivery time and you don’t get a delivery update until day of actual delivery.”

I am so sorry about this. We were recently featured in the Sunday times and had an uncontrollable spike in orders coinciding with a warehouse move and two staff off work due to little ones starting reception class school (for two hours a day). We have worked super hard to catch up including working at weekends and happy to say we are back to 3-5 days despatch time.

“Folk Interiors is now my favourite online store and my go-to place for special and unique homeware. I love my latest deliveries! The Bloomingville and House Doctor baskets are gorgeous and well-made. The seagrass baskets make such pretty storage solutions, and I will be coming back for more. I have enjoyed discovering the OYOY range. Their tea-towels/candle holders are super-classy and feel like they will last for years. I just love the colours of the whole range. Thank you for the lovely keyring! :)) ”

“Lovely choice and lovely people. Delivery on time and very fast. I bought few items in the kids section, it was delivered in a large box lined with nice paper and small items perfectly wrapped in a gorgeous paper - large hippo, book, flannel, doll, teether- all of excellent quality and appearance. “Ordered a watering can for my plant obssessed best friend 12 days ago as part of a very special birthday present. It stated that delivery is between 3 to 5 days. Spoke to someone on e-mail who assured me that I will get it by Thursday the latest. Stayed in the whole day Thursday just so I would not miss the delivery.NOTHING. Spoke to someone on the phone on Friday in the morning who assured me that I will get it on Friday as it was sent 1st class next day delivery on Wednesday. Still nothing delivered. Was her birthday yesterday , stayed in all morning - nothing. Ordered other things for her on the same day from other places and all have been delivered on various days so can't blame it on covid. Went to see my friend with the embarassing "I am very sorry but your main present did not arrive on time" 12 days ! So dissapointed and also 2,5 days wasted sitting indoors waiting for something that did not even come.”

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience caused for you waiting in for Royal Mail. The watering can was posted as promised on the Wednesday and should have been with you as promised on the Thursday and I can only apologise for the delivery service you have received.
