“I think that Folk's customer service is very lovely and personal, from an email from the owner after placing an order, to the handwritten note in the pretty packaging thanking me for my purchase. The mugs I bought were fantastic too, and cheaper than I'd seen them elsewhere. Thanks.”

“Really happy with the service from Folk Interiors. I had placed 2 orders from them in the same day not realising I wanted something else and they refunded me the delivery fee of the second order as they had placed both orders in 1 box. I had not even realised or asked and they did it anyways :) Great service”

“Was told 3-5 delivery days but it took around 10, mugs were absolutely lovely and I would still recommend to others based on the quality of them but unfortunately it’s just a shame about the delivery thus the 2 star review.”
