“Really prompt service. Kept up to date with all my orders… tracking and delivery.. etc.. will defiantly be ordering from you again. Always comes in lovely packaging as well. Cannot wait to see the little people’s faces on Christmas Day with the gifts I’ve ordered from you. They were a big hit last year. Thank you folk interiors. X”

“Put an order in on, 26.11.2022. Have not received my items. I have e- mailed, and telephoned. No response to my e-mail, left messages on the answer phone , no response. The money for these items, I ordered , has been taken from my account.”

“I have never received this order and I have not received a response to my emails asking what to do next. I am appalled by this service, obviously the company has no intention of contacting me as I will be asking for my money back. This order was intended as a Christmas gift.”

Hello Diane, I have sent you two emails but it would seem these have gone to your spam folder? We are working through a number of parcels that went missing during the black friday weekend and sending them all out again today. We had to give Royal mail a reasonable time to catch up with these deliveries. Katy
