“Ordered arrived really quickly, one of the items I ordered was actually out of stock however they promptly offered a refund or a replacement item similar to what I ordered. I took the replacement really happy with how it came and it was all beautifully gift-wrapped aswell Will definitely order from here again”

“I love the products and your level of service is exceptional. The mugs have arrived so beautifully packaged, glad it was with Royal Mail as they are so friendly and efficient. “My order arrived beautifully packed - so much so that I almost didn't want to undo it! The website is lovely, though the time limit imposed on the cart makes it seem unfriendly, and I certainly did not feel I had enough time to browse. Perhaps you could create a Love List like TK Maxx so visitors like myself could add items to the list as we browse without having to remember details of the items.”
