“I have never received this order and I have not received a response to my emails asking what to do next. I am appalled by this service, obviously the company has no intention of contacting me as I will be asking for my money back. This order was intended as a Christmas gift.”

Hello Diane, I have sent you two emails but it would seem these have gone to your spam folder? We are working through a number of parcels that went missing during the black friday weekend and sending them all out again today. We had to give Royal mail a reasonable time to catch up with these deliveries. Katy

“Placed order more than 3 weeks ago - still not received so impossible to review! I have not been kept updated at any stage and it was only through chasing myself that I found out the last pot was broken and you were waiting for more. Hello Diane, I'm so sorry your mugs haven't arrived yet. The Royal mail strikes and the Black Friday weekend coinciding isn't ideal as it's our busiest time of year. I wasn't aware that we sent out more than one review request and these are set to a few days after despatch so I will certainly look into that. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. Katy
