Sorry, but my experience was absolutely dreadful. My order took over 6 weeks to be delivered from point of ordering (even though I paid for delivery) and onward communication was terrible. Customer experience is everything, so you really need to get your distribution more on point. Its a shame as you have some nice products. Thanks

Hi Martin, We apologise for the delay due to our couriers having a broken down vehicle, with large mirrors we have to be super careful as they aren't insured for smashing during delivery. I have refunded your delivery cost and hope this is resolved. Thanks, Katy x

Ordered a watering can for my plant obssessed best friend 12 days ago as part of a very special birthday present. It stated that delivery is between 3 to 5 days. Spoke to someone on e-mail who assured me that I will get it by Thursday the latest. Stayed in the whole day Thursday just so I would not miss the delivery.NOTHING. Spoke to someone on the phone on Friday in the morning who assured me that I will get it on Friday as it was sent 1st class next day delivery on Wednesday. Still nothing delivered. Was her birthday yesterday , stayed in all morning - nothing. Ordered other things for her on the same day from other places and all have been delivered on various days so can't blame it on covid. Went to see my friend with the embarassing "I am very sorry but your main present did not arrive on time" 12 days ! So dissapointed and also 2,5 days wasted sitting indoors waiting for something that did not even come.

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience caused for you waiting in for Royal Mail. The watering can was posted as promised on the Wednesday and should have been with you as promised on the Thursday and I can only apologise for the delivery service you have received. I'm so sorry Melanie, Your order left us 5 days after you ordered it to be delivered 24hour post but from the tracking it looks like it has been taken to the wrong place. I will contact Royal mail directly now Katy
