I didn’t even receive my order no update nothing I am very disappointed it’s been over 2 weeks I would never order again: if I don’t receive my order until Wednesday I’m going to ask for my refund.

I appreciate it’s probably not your fault but my order has not arrived. I would advise you to pause before requesting reviews as this request arrived before my delivery date. Delivery was to be between 8a.m. and noon, but nothing was delivered all day. I stayed in as I am anxious to receive it to add to a weekend birthday present.

Apologies it hasn't arrived yet. If you follow the tracking link it was posted two days after you ordered but it does take a little longer to get the northern Ireland. It doesn't look like it arrived in Northern Ireland before 5pm last night. However it does say it is out for delivery this morning and should be with you between 7.38 and 11.38am you should get a text this morning to let you know what time it will be expected. Please let us know if it doesn't arrive today.

First order was cancelled as items not in stock. Folk interiors forgot to ship my second order. Poor shopping experience altogether

Apologies for the delay on your order. We weren't expecting the shipment to be delayed at customs for so long as usually these are delivered within the 4 week time frame stated in the description. The cushions and chairs were sent on the same day but the courier service takes a little longer than Royal mail so we expect them to be with you tomorrow. Katy x

Waited 14 weeks for delivery and now received, we need to construct this considerably expensive price of garden furniture. Communication re delays was poor if not non existent- loved the Web site but bitterly disappointed in the service - very poor. What's more, items on the website are available via other channels significantly cheaper and probably with faster delivery!!!

Recently purchased set Americano of mugs, wasn’t the size mentioned in the website inquired about retuning. The capacity of the mugs were different to what was mention in the website at time of ordering, now it has been changed. The company didn’t even acknowledge the return request. Send two reminder emails but nobody responded. poor customer service. Will never purchase or recommend.

My order took 2 months to arrive after I sent two emails asking where it was. It arrived and it was dented. It may have only been a small purchase but I'll never order again.

Hello Claire, Sorry you haven't received your order. This was posted less than 24 hours after you made the order with Royal mail and the tracking link was sent to you. Have you checked the tracking as it is looking like Royal Mail wants confirmation of the postcode for some reason? Katy. Please let me know how you get on?

I asked you three times for a refund and never heard back from you. The first time was within 30 minutes of placing the order yet you still went ahead and posted it a few days later. Very poor customer service.

The wine glasses I bought give the impression they’re designed and manufactured in Copenhagen, and are unique and individually hand blown. When I received them I discovered they were made in China.

Hi Stephen, Like we have discussed already these are designed in Copenhagen and hand blown by skilled craftsmen in China who are paid a far wage. I'm so sorry this has not arrived yet. It was dispatched on the 9th November tracked 48 with Royal mail and so should have been with you by the 11th. Perhaps you missed the tracking email? I will send you an email now to your inbox. Katy
