“Hi I didnt buy the purchase that I wanted...after I first purchased the item online sucsessfully...your admin team sent me an email to say that I needed to repurchase it... it then took my money twice for a product I didnt actually recieve...whilst querying this financial issue...you then informed me by email that some one else had purchased it whilst this issue was going on. very disappointed customer”

Hello Shirley, We are soryy to read that you did not have a good experince with us. We are a little confused by your review so would like to sort this for you. We can see that you made a purchase with us on the 7th January which was delivered to you on the 10th. You emailed us in the 12th as you wanted to purchase other items but there was some queiry on the shipping costs. We offered to send you a bespoke invoice whilst we looked in this. You then replied that you had purchased from another retailer so no longer needed these items. May we ask if you are maybe getting us confused with this retailer? Kind regards Folk Interiors Team x

“Quick delivery, item arrived beautifully packed. Item 100% reflected the price and description- wish delivery was free/ cheaper but otherwise very happy with purchase of recycled glasses ( only wish I could afford more than two)”

“The store has some fabulous stock - we have been collecting HK Living 70’s over the last couple of years. It’s beautiful - colourful retro but with a very contemporary twist. We’ve bought from this store several times - a great range of the brand - affordable price point, fast deliveries and above all - hugely helpful staff you have gone out of their way to source and match tableware for us. A great store!”

“A great company ! Large choice of beautiful products Personal customer service . Would be even better if the new customer ( 10% discount ) had no minimum spend requirement… just to allow customers to buy something small to see if they like the quality. Postage is a little pricey so some discount would help towards this .”

“Wow! I hadn't heard from them before and always a bit nervous about ordering from an unknown company, however, I couldnt be happier! Aside from delivery being very quick, the quality of the mugs are incredible. They are so beautifully designed and the colours are one of a kind. Coffee's are so much more enjoable now!”
