“I realised I'd forgotten to get my niece a christmas present on the 23rd of December. What was a very late order for a Christmas gift arrived less than 24 hours later. Exactly what I ordered wasn't available, so they got in touch personally to check that sending another colour would be ok. Kind of amazing service. Though, I remembered that I had already bought a gift a couple or hours after ordering. So she got two presents.”

Hello Shelia, Firstly, we hope you’re well today and have had a fabulous festive holiday. Thank you so much for placing an order with us at Folk Interiors - as a small business, your support really means a lot to us :) The order placed on the 27th December, dispatched on the 2nd January and delivered on the 4th. We are sorry this order missed our post on the 30th when our warehouse was opened. We did our best to meet the demand on orders coming in within this Christmas week but did make a note at the checkout that all orders placed within this week would be dispatched after the 30th to avoid any disappointment. Sorry if this was missed. As a good will gesture we have refunded you fro the postage of this order. We are both very sorry for the delay any inconvenience yet thankful for your support of Folk Interiors so far!
