“I firmly believe you cannot judge a company on a transaction that goes smoothly. You learn more about the company when something doesn’t go according to plan. The product I pre-ordered back in March was delayed twice due to numerous issues with the supplier and this global pandemic. Folk Interior kept me up to date the entire time and offered a refund along with each update - giving peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Folk Interior.”

“We pre-ordered the gorgeous Moma Frank Stella shaped puzzle (having seen it on the Graham Norton Show!) Katy has kept us up to date with expected delivery dates throughout. Absolutely delighted to have received today, and can't wait to gift to my mum at Christmas! “Had regular emails from Katy Parkinson updating me on the resupply problems Folk Interiors were having with their own suppliers and each time was offered me a full refund .”

“Although I had to wait some time for my order as there was a high demand for my particular goods, I was kept up to date on a regular basis by Katy, no issues at all and now can't wait to put my puzzle together. Thank you!”

“The customer service was top notch. The delivery of the product was delayed but they kept me up to date and offered a refund if I wanted. They were super accessible and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them! X”

“The order was placed back in the spring, eventually received the puzzle yesterday - wrapped beautifully and after faultless communication and updates. This delay was nothing to do with Folk Interiors and I was given the option of a full refund at very extension of the delay. I chose to stick with it, and am pleased I was able to support a small business who was put in a very difficult position by the supplier. Thank you!”

“We ordered back in April, and due to lock down we were delayed in receiving our puzzle. Katy kept us informed of the progress from her suppliers every step of the way, and kindly offered us a refund each time. The puzzle we chose is very exclusive and was well worth the wait! I am proud to have supported this small business, and I am just sad that it is too far away for us to visit. CUSTOMER SERVICE from Katy was exemplary.”
