“Despite the pandemic delaying the dispatch of the order, the customer service has been fantastic; with constant updates and option for a refund. However, I’m pleased to say that I’m glad my patience paid off as I received a wonderful product. Thanks for your honesty and service.”

“Fab service placed the order before and due during lockdown.... obviously things changed and order was extremely delayed due to covid, communication was fab with constant updates and apologies, well done will definitely recommend your company”

“Although I had to wait 6 months for my item, the communication was spot on throughout the delay and when I was dispatched it arrived really quickly. I’m glad I stumbled across you as I’ll defiantly be back!”

“I LOVE the ceramic mugs! Such a beautiful design. Would make a great gift as they were also beautifully packaged. Thank you! Only criticism was they were a little slow to be dispatched.”

“Sorry, but my experience was absolutely dreadful. My order took over 6 weeks to be delivered from point of ordering (even though I paid for delivery) and onward communication was terrible. Customer experience is everything, so you really need to get your distribution more on point. Its a shame as you have some nice products. Thanks”

Hi Martin, We apologise for the delay due to our couriers having a broken down vehicle, with large mirrors we have to be super careful as they aren't insured for smashing during delivery. I have refunded your delivery cost and hope this is resolved. Thanks, Katy x

“I ordered a gorgeous jigsaw puzzle from Folk. I’d been looking for it for some time and was really happy to find it at last. I was kept up to date with the dispatching (only delayed at the production end due to Covid, no fault of Folk) and it was delivered today with lovely wrapping around it. Very much looking forward to getting stuck into it. I’ll be ordering from Folk again, I’ve already seen a few things on the site I’ve got my eye on. Thank you!”

“I was excited about receiving my parcel as it contained some wonderful timeless pieces, but when I opened it my expectations were exceeded by thoughtful gift wrapping and a little surprise. I was touched by this extra care and thoughtfulness, taste and attention to detail, all of which were qualities I’d appreciated from the website and curation of stock. Thank you, I look forward to coming back soon, there are already lots of things I have my eye on!”
