Hello, thank you for your valued order placed with us on the 6th December. Looking into this I can see that it was packed and dispatched on Friday 8th at 3.05PM. As this was just after our Royal Mail collection I can confirm that this will be collected by them today. Your tracking will become live once this hits the depo later today and should be on track to be with you on Wednesday. Our warehouse staff are working weekends and around the clock to pack and dispatch our orders as fast as possible. Whilst our admin office is closed on a Sunday your email sent to us yesterday has only just been picked up today, Monday. We do apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused to you but would like to assure you that all is on track to be with you soon. The website was easy to use as was the purchasing process (secure and quick) and my bowls arrived in the delivery time allotted. They were packed extremely carefully.
