Hello Jon, we thank you for your valued order. We can confirm that your order placed on the 20th was dispatched by us on the 23rd and tracking this with Royal Mail we can see that it is in transit. Tracking shows it will be with you on Monday. We do ask customers to please allow 3-5 working days from your receipt of your dispatch notification. “Bought some beautiful ceramic bowls as a Christmas present for my sister. The bowls are beautiful and the parcel was really well wrapped to keep them well during transport. Loved the little handwritten note as well which shows they really care about every single order.”
