“I have been asked to review Folk Interiors after placing my fiorst order with them recently. My order hasn't actually arrived yet and one item has already been refunded with no explanation other than a refund notification. Not overly impressed so far . . .”

Hello Caroline, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're truly sorry for the disappointing experience you've had so far. We completely agree that this isn’t the standard of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate the opportunity to address it. We can see that your order was placed on Sunday and dispatched on Tuesday. With the current sale period, our dispatch times have unfortunately been a little slower than usual — for which we sincerely apologise. Tracking your parcel today, it does appear to still be in transit, a little delayed by Royal Mail but we’re hopeful it will be delivered shortly. Regarding the refunded item — the stickers — we identified a stock anomaly and processed a £3.20 refund. We absolutely should have communicated this more clearly at the time, and we're sorry for the oversight and any confusion caused.
