“I used the patio plus cleaner on my travertine and what a result!! It has come up as good as new so happy with this product very easy to use, I mix the product with water at a 50/50 ratio and it has exceeded my expectations, Would recommend to anyone”

“Prompt delivery.this product was like magic the jet wash never budged the black spots after just 15 mins of applying it. Then I just washed it of and they were gone”

“I bought it because it claims to "effortlessly remove black spot lichen" and to be "perfect for concrete". However, when it did not work despite following the instructions to the letter, scrubbing for hours and using neat, customer services told me that I would need a "dedicated black spot remover, even then, the process will be slow and require lots of product. The dwell time would need to be hours with product at full strength". This product has been mis-sold to me.”

“Tried all different types of black spot remover with limited success but have to say Floorseal black spot plus is the real thing. Had 20+ years of black spot on patio area and its cleaned up lovely. Stick with the guidance of keeping it "wetted" and leave for at least an hour and it just washes off . No effect on nearby grass either. Highly recommended and great service, delivery too. Thankyou Floorseal.”

“Ordered patio cleaner at 10:45 day one, arrived 11:00 next morning, not only a great service but a great product too. Mud and dirt engrained porcelain patio tiles now like new. Gone from brown and green to new looking and all in around an hour and a half. I used around 2.5 litres for 25 sqaure meters of quite dirty tiles, following the dilution and neat instructions as necessary gave the best result. Left for the desired time and then jet washed off. Some really ingrained dirt had to have a second neat treatment which did the trick. I will definitely purchase again.”
