“its not often i write a review because its very rare i find a product that lives up to what the manufacture says , but this week I was proved 100 % wrong. I ordered some patio cleaner , after trying jet washing and numerous expensive products I was giving up hope of removing the stubborn black spot etc on my porelain garden tiles . This stuff is without doubt amazing , within minutes the tiles looed like brand new , all the dirt and black spot dissolved , what a brilliant product , don't waste your time buying other cleaners , this is top draw.”

“Purchased a patio cleaner for Indian stone which was so black with spots our jet washer would not remove. Instantly after spraying on it worked before my eyes. I am so happy with this product which was delivered on time. I will be purchasing another 20 litres today. A great delivery time and and comunication from floorspace. All the best Steve”

“I sent a picture of our tired trevatine patio to Floorseal and was advised to purchase Floorseal Black Spot Remover Plus. It was delivered within a couple of days as promised with no problems. The results are absolutly brilliant. The trevatine is back to its original condition, and using the cleaner just could'nt be easier. Excellent product and support!!!”
